Louis Kley, born in Sens, France.
Studied sculptor in Paris. He was well known in his lifetime for sculptors of children, animals, mythological figures and allegorical themes.
He exhibited regularly at the Salon des Artistes Français.
He received a silver medal at the 1889 Paris Universal Exhibition.
