Pierre Roussel (1723-1782) was a highly respected master cabinetmaker and dealer working in Paris in the 18th century. He specialised in commodes using geometric marquetry. His work can be seen in major museums worldwide including The Louvre Museum, Paris, The Victoria and Albert Museum, London and The Metropolitan Museum, New York.
